Dave completed his M.S. in Information Systems at DePaul University Chicago and his MLS at Indiana University Bloomington. With substantial support from several colleagues and Dr. Nancy Foster, Director of Anthropological Research for the University of Rochester’s River Campus Libraries, he developed and submitted the research grant proposal in early 2008. Dave is the chief principal investigator but his main role is that of project manager. Dr. Foster acted as project consultant throughout the two years of the grant.
